Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. If a refund is granted, the money will be refunded to your original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to arrive back in your bank.
No Shows
Appointments missed without any notice (no shows) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Client Responsibility
Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before your treatment. You are responsible for your own health and well-being.
Health Conditions
If you are unwell, have an infection, fever, or any contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.
Confidentiality
All personal information and treatment details are kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash and bank transfer.
Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone for professional or personal reasons.
