Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
48 Hours' Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. If a refund is granted, the money will be refunded to your original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to arrive back in your bank.
No Shows
Appointments missed without any notice (no shows) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
